TQM8360 - Up to 2 x 1.000BaseT and 8 x 100 BaseT on a single tiny module

The MPC8360 on the TQM8360L is available with up to 667 MHz. It is supported thereby by two integrated CPM (QUICC-Engine with 500 MHz) and a Security Engine, what dramatically reduces CPUI load in appropriate applications. The very compact module (dimensions 77mm x 75mm) offers two 1000BaseT Ethernet interfaces, High-Speed USB, Security Engine and 64 bit FPU with double precision two PCI interfaces, PCI-X, SPI, GPIOs as well as two I²C interfaces. Up to 1 GByte DDR2-SDRAM, 16 MByte– 128 MByte Flash and up to 32 KByte EEPROM are available as memory.
